The return is currently free.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please return the item to us within 15 working  days. Please write us a small brief beforehand with your primary information (name, address, telephone number, reason for return) at dolfie@dolfie.net . Your return must be sent to our warehouse by an easy process .As an international customer, you can return your parcel using postal service.l We will contact you by mail once we’ve received your exchange. 

For our part, the moment we receive your email, we will inform you, by means of an electronic mail, the reception of it.

To comply with the return period, the communication regarding the return of the purchase must be sent before the corresponding deadline expires.

Dolfie will proceed to make the refund within 30 working days from the date on which we receive the goods back to our warehouse and will do so using the same means of payment used by the customer for the initial transaction. Both the products and the goods shall be in perfect condition to refund the purchase.
